The CPR training session delivered by Lou from Jumpstart First Aid was excellent. The content was highly relevant to clinical practice and clearly explained. Lou’s interaction with the nursing team was engaging and encouraged active involvement throughout the session. The clinical scenarios were realistic and well‑designed, helping to build confidence and reinforce key skills. Overall, a great session that was both practical and informative.

JumpStart First Aid provided a very practical and informative first aid course. Lou provided our team with fundamental first aid knowledge and instilled the confidence to react quickly and appropriately in first aid situations. The ability to have the course on-site at our work place reduced the operational impact on our business, made the course cost effective and allowed us to include a larger number of our team.

Our staff really enjoyed Lou’s teaching style, the way she responded to questions, the way she used her own experience as a first aider, and her expertise. The session was informative, friendly and fun. The CPR dummies are top class with wifi capability which means we could see if we were pushing hard enough, recoiling, and going the right speed. This made learning CPR much more effective. We’ll definitely use Lou again for our next round of first aid training.

The feedback from the team has all been extremely positive. They said the course was fun and informative, covering more than the Red Cross course in less time. They also enjoyed being on course with their team mates – they were more confident to ask/answer questions in front of people they know.
